If you order online, we will process the order and email it to you within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive the order via DocuSign to review and sign. You sign the order by typing in your name and clicking approve.

After you have sign your order you will need to get any required permits and prepare the site. After you inform us that your permits and site are ready, your order will be put in a queue for scheduling.

In order to give you the best quality at the lowest prices, installations are scheduled in batches. When there are enough orders in your area for a job route to be scheduled, the scheduler will call you to let you know the date your installation is scheduled for. This will be about a week before the delivery.
