How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Changes to your order can only be done via the phone or email.

Standard Products (Including Delivery and Installation)

You have 3 days from signing to request a full refund of your deposit if it’s not the perfect fit. After that, deposits become non-refundable to cover our commitment to quality and preparation.

To make the process seamless:

  • Request your refund within those 3 days via email or phone—include your order details for quick verification.

  • We’ll process it within 3 business days and issue it back to your original payment method.

Custom Metal Building Kits

Our metal building kits are meticulously crafted to your exact specifications, ensuring a perfect fit for your needs. Because of this custom nature, these kits are non-refundable after 3 days from signing your contract. This allows us time to finalize designs while giving you a brief window to review and confirm.

Delivery Details

Kits arrive via semi-truck for efficiency and cost savings. To ensure a smooth unloading process, please have a forklift (or equivalent equipment) ready on-site on delivery day—it’s your responsibility, but we’re happy to provide guidance in advance.

Payment Terms

  • 30% upon ordering: Covers initial design and drawings. Accepted via credit card, ACH, or certified check (non-refundable).

  • 40% at fabrication start: Funds production of your custom kit. Accepted via ACH or certified check (non-refundable).

  • 30% two weeks before delivery: Finalizes shipment. Accepted via ACH or certified check (non-refundable).
