Standard Products (Including Delivery and Installation)

You have 3 days from signing to request a full refund of your deposit if it’s not the perfect fit. After that, deposits become non-refundable to cover our commitment to quality and preparation.

To make the process seamless:

  • Request your refund within those 3 days via email or phone—include your order details for quick verification.

  • We’ll process it within 3 business days and issue it back to your original payment method.

If your lead time exceeds 2 weeks beyond the estimated delivery window, you can receive a full refund of your deposit if you elect to cancel the order. The estimated delivery window begins once your site is ready for installation and any permit(s) have been obtained, if applicable.
