We highly recommend that you take advantage of our free delivery and installation.

We don’t offer an option to deliver without installation. If for some reason you need to install the building yourself (and you live within our service area), you will need to arrange to pick up the unassembled building from a distribution point. A long trailer will be required to haul the loose building materials.

Our metal structures are not designed as DIY kits, so there aren’t any instructions, and all warranties will be void if you assemble them yourself. A 15% discount will be applied to your purchase, but the cost of transporting the materials and assembling the structure yourself will exceed any potential savings, so we don’t recommend this to our customers.
