Although this price includes installation on your level land, for some sizes, you would be required to provide a telescopic forklift for the installation crew's use. This telescopic forklift must extend a minimum of 10' beyond your chosen side height on your building & you must provide enough level working space on all four sides of the install site to safely navigate the lift. Typically the required space is about 6' -8', but you would want to consult the manufacturer of the lift you plan to provide. If you do not own this equipment, you would want to consider your rental costs to supply one.
Cases where lifts are needed:
If 15' or 16' tall - any building width.
If a 5/12 or 6/12 pitch - any 13' or taller side height
Any 32' - 100' wide structures.
